Redamancy Beats is a digital platform that provides exclusive, royalty-free instrumental music tracks for content creators, entrepreneurs, influencers, songwriters, and rappers. Once purchased, tracks are permanently removed from our catalog and granted to the buyer with full, non-transferable rights.

 

2. Purchases & Access

• All music is delivered digitally via direct download and/or email.

• Once purchased, the buyer receives full exclusive rights to use the track.

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.

 

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

• Buyers receive full, exclusive, non-transferable rights to use, edit, and distribute the purchased track in personal or commercial projects.

• Redamancy Beats will remove the track from the online catalog immediately after purchase.

• You may not resell, re-license, or redistribute the original audio file as a standalone product or through music libraries.

• You may not claim authorship of the original production (e.g., "produced by [your name]") unless agreed upon in writing.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All music sold through Redamancy Beats is the intellectual property of its original producer. Purchasing a track gives you usage rights, but it does not transfer copyright ownership.
